Cash for Bass Participation Release of Liability 2020

I understand and agree fully and will comply with all state laws and regulations during all “CASH FOR BASS” events and their rules including rules put forth by the Governor of the State of Michigan along with the DNR regarding COVID-19 for social distancing and if required to wear a mask prior to and at the weigh-in during a CFB event when gathered in a group and will comply with any and all rules defined on the CASH FOR BASS TOUR website and with all event instructions including rule changes prior to any event put forth by CASH FOR BASS TOURNAMENTS and it's directors.

I understand that participating in CFB activities is potentially hazardous and can result in serious injury, disability, death, loss, or damage to my person or property. I am aware of and do expressly assume all risks of every kind due to nature foresaw or unforeseen weather events including heat, humidity, lighting, wind, rain or other dangerous conditions associated with participating in the CFB event activities and agree to monitor weather and water conditions during my participation and assume full responsibility to remove myself from harm’s way if it should arise.

Signing this “Release of Liability,” I, also knowingly and freely assume all risks referred to above, both known and unknown, and do not hold CFB, it’s officers, officials, directors, participants, and sponsoring agencies, or sponsors or owner of any liability. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless releases, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, which I suffer or which I am found to have caused in whole or in part by my negligence or intentional misconduct, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I attest that I am physically fit and have inspected my boat and have taken all possible safety precautions to avoid injury to myself or other CFB participants.

Participating in any CFB events I hereby grant CASH FOR BASS, its assignees and or licensees, including television production companies and or radio stations that may contact CFB, the unconditional right to use your name, voice or photographic likeness, biographical information in any medium whatsoever, including but not limited to video/audio productions, merchandising, promotions, articles, and or press releases, in connection with CASH FOR BASS, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time. I understand that I will not be entitled to receive compensation regarding such use and waive my right to review the finished product.
